About George Wilson

George Wilson is a journeyman with 62 years of experience in woodwork, whether in the complex geometry of roof-work, the finesse of fine furniture, or the intricate aesthetics of fine detail. He is a ‘master craftsman’, having served the statutory 40 years experience with the tools in 2002. A one-time member of the Scottish Crafts Centre at Acheson House in the Royal Mile; he has featured in many publications, including Scots magazine, Build-it magazine and Woodworker. He only ever aspired to make beautiful things and continues to do so.
